Verkhovna Rada of Ukarien has adopted the Law "On Amendments to Article 11 of the Law "On Police" (re the Grounds for the Detention of the People in Suspicion of Vagabondage)

The Law is aimed at the strengthening of the legal guarantees of the protection of the human rights and correspondence of the 11 the Law "On Police" re the detention of the people in suspicion of vagabondage for the term 30 days un correspondence with the article 29 f the Constitution of Ukraine

The corresponding law is registered at the №2099.
